AQHA Hunter Under Saddle Horse for Lease in NC

Maggie is a 16.1 mare who does the HUS and Eq. and can even do horsemanship on the AQHA circuit. She was a finalist at the AQHA congress in Nov. Am Eq. Her first year doing it. And her first time doing horsemanship she was 4th out of 24. She has an open ROM in HUS and won a couple futurities when she was 2. She is so quiet! And also carried a walk trot kid to eq and hus champ and the regional show and for the state. She has had one baby born Mar. 17, 2010. She is out of Sure Nuff Good out of Zippos Mr Good Bar dam was a TB. No jumping, would be an onsite lease full or half. The lease money would go for the board so it is essentially a free lease. You would have to pay for vet care, and farrier (she has aluminum front shoes on) If you were to take her off site there would be an extra fee and would have to be approved, also absolutely no pasture boarding. I would let you take her to a trainers, depending on the trainer. But! I would allow her to go to some shows, she has gone on a mini trail ride but would really not do well as a trail horse.
